Programming EDACS Systems:
When programming Ericsson EDACS frequencies, be sure to enter them in order by LCN (Logical Channel Number). If you are prompted by your scanner to select Narrowband, Wideband or SCAT, select Wideband.

Miscellaneous Traits:

  • When monitoring EDACS frequencies outside of trunking mode, each transmission will end with a distinctive five beeps.
